If you answered "Yes" to any of the questions above, you have come to the right place. We can help you find the career you are naturally wired to pursue.

Our group coaching packages are a good way to identify your natural abilities and explore relevant development and career paths based on these abilities. The group setting helps you bounce ideas off others, and gives you a picture of how other abilities can be used in a career.

Workshops are 8 hour sessions conducted in group workshop format (12 max per group). All participants will complete the abilities assessment, family reflection, and interest assessment prior to the workshop. Please bring a laptop or tablet, or printed copies of your assessment reports.

Choosing the right major starts with knowing your natural abilities.

How often do you hear your high school or college students say “I’m not sure what I want to study,” or “I don’t know what career to pursue?” Choosing the right major can be a daunting task for many. It need not be so.

The choice regarding what to study is made easier when individuals know what their innate abilities are. The earlier young adults figure out and start to develop their talents, the easier it'll be for them to get on the right major and career path.

Through this coaching session, your student will:

  • Discover their natural abilities (how they are wired).
  • Identify the way in which they best learn new things.
  • Learn how to choose the right major based on their abilities.
  • Explore potential careers suited to their abilities.
  • Create a plan for developing their talents and testing out the most suitable career paths.
  • Learn what it takes to succeed in the marketplace.

Individual packages are for one on one coaching sessions. The coach will work in person or over skype with client for the time duration specified in each package. The client will receive feedback and coaching tailored specifically to them.

If you are under 21, at least one parent must be present during the debrief session.

Teamwork makes the dream work, but what makes the TEAM WORK effectively?

A great team consists of members who have the requisite talents for their roles, and understand, and appreciate the talents of other team members.

Knowing your talents can help you answer questions like:

  • Are my/our talents aligned with the key responsibilities required in my/our current work?
  • What skills do I/we need to develop to be more effective?
  • Where are my/our potential blind spots?
  • Are we communicating effectively on/with our team?
  • Do I have talents that currently have no outlet?
  • How can I/we continue to grow in my/our work?

This assessment and group review workshop will help teams address the questions listed above. It will help you ensure you have the right people in the right positions.

**This session is conducted at client's office or offsite location rented by client. Up to 15 participants.

On behalf of The Home Depot’s Diversity & Inclusion Associate Resource Groups, we would like to thank you for your speech to our employees. It was a very well‐delivered, targeted speech on a topic that many of our Associates were interested in learning more about. Since then, I’ve received many compliments regarding your speech. Several colleagues mentioned that the information you provided has helped them rethink the way that they approach preparing for a presentation. Once again, many thanks and we do look forward to having you come back as a presenter.

Thanks so much for the great message with my leadership team.  The feedback has been fantastic!  Each leader was able to spend time focusing on their true talents and how to better leverage them in their role as a leader, as well as leveraging them in building stronger teams.  I would recommend this session to anyone interested in building stronger, more engaged teams through purposeful leveraging of talent and strengths.

Kene was our keynote speaker at our annual conference for the Georgia Association of Colleges and Employers. His expertise and presentation on the “Talent Revolution” had a very positive impact on our attendees, and set the tone for the rest of the conference.

Michael J. Dutcher, President
Georgia Association of Colleges and Employers

Kene spoke to our young professional group (YoungNS) about a very important topic…the importance of finding a balance at work where an individual’s talents meet their passion.  He did a great job presenting the material and explaining how one can go about finding his/her sweet spot.  It can be a complicated process but he has a well-rounded knowledge on the subject and can apply it to many different circumstances. Since his presentation, we have used the information he provided to help young professionals at Norfolk Southern self-evaluate their skills as well as their career track to determine the best path for each individual.  It is beneficial for both the employer and employee to achieve maximum productivity through share values and goals.

Kene is a thoughtful and dynamic presenter.  As the Keynote Speaker for Pyramid Consulting’s Annual Meeting, Kene’s message about the benefits of multi-dimensional coaching resonated with our global team of leaders, managers and operations personnel. His interactive and energizing session provided relatable examples - and most importantly, actionable suggestions - on how to implement these valuable strategies. Many of our team have begun applying the techniques to coach-up and coach laterally, resulting in more effective communication with their managers and business peers that supports their success. The feedback from the team has been overwhelmingly positive, and I would highly recommend Kene as a speaker and presenter for future programs.

We enjoyed having you speak to our community health workers. Thank you for sharing an encouraging and practical message. Your talk was successful and served as a great launching pad for the community health workers as they enter a new year of working throughout D.C., Virginia, and Maryland. Your attention to detail and commitment to getting to know the audience as best as you could within a short amount of time helped your message resound with the CHWs. They were energized and excited after hearing you speak. The worksheets you provided were helpful and the exercises and discussions led our CHWs to think more about the issues at hand, while simultaneously allowing them to learn more about each other and themselves.
