Corporations want a competitive edge over their competitors. As an individual, you can also have an edge over others. Kene spoke to our young professional group (YoungNS) about a very important topic…the importance of finding a balance at work where an individual’s talents meet their passion.  He did a great job presenting the material and explaining how one can go about finding his/her sweet spot.  It can be a complicated process but he has a well-rounded knowledge on the subject and can apply it to many different circumstances. Since his presentation, we have used the information he provided to help young professionals at Norfolk Southern self-evaluate their skills as well as their career track to determine the best path for each individual.  It is beneficial for both the employer and employee to achieve maximum productivity through share values and goals.
